Kari and her husband reached out to me in the summer of 2015 wanting to learn more about adoption. After many conversations they felt like they were ready to JUMP ALL IN! Like anyone, they were nervous and excited. They sent me their application to get started on June 22nd and by the very begging of August I had finished their profile book and their HS was complete as well. They were ready to start seeing potential situations!
After just TWO times of presenting they were chosen by a sweet expectant mama who felt a special connection with them. They were OVER THE MOON to find out they were going to have a SON!
Just a few short months later they were able to hold their son, Bjorn for the first time thanks to an amazingly courageous and beautiful birth mom!

We were recommended to CAC from a friend of a friend and were impressed immediately. We had a great experience working together with you. You worked so hard to get our book put together over the weekend (with all our changes) and we got matched on our second attempt.
Mark and I didn’t find each other until later in life and started talking about having a family on our first date. My husband is adopted and we always wanted adoption to be part of our family plan. After 2 years of IVF attempts, we made it our 2015 New Year’s resolution to start working on adoption. We got matched in August 2015 and got our baby in Feb 2016!! Very happy experience.
