Susan is a Licensed Social Worker in multiple states and holds a Bachelor’s Degree of Social Work. She has been working with birth and adoptive families for over 20 years. She is also a Certified Lactation Counselor and counsels adoptive mothers desiring to breastfeed. She lives in Kansas City with her husband and 2 kids. In addition to her professional experience, Susan has a passion for equipping, training, and supporting families on their journey towards adoption. Susan’s Story

Fallon Palacios
Consulting Team Leader - 2018
Fallon and her husband, Mingo, live in sunny California and they have 2 children, the youngest who was added to their family by the gift of adoption through CAC. She has traveled to over 16 countries where the heart for adoption started walking through orphanages in Africa. Fallon has over 12 years ministry experience and she has 2 bachelor’s degrees in Biblical Studies and Communication. Lori Dortch
Advocate/Birth Mom - 2020
Lori is a recently retired home school mother of two amazing young women. Nature, Jesus, plants, yoga, and all things health and wellness, are her passions. She’s been married 22 years to Matt, the man that embraced her open adoption from day one. Lori and Matt reside in Dallas, where she is an Ambassador for BraveLove.org & a part-time student. As a champion of communication, connection & character, she adores shining the light of Truth upon, and into, the adoption process. Lori’s Story

Jonathan Adam,MSW/MBA
Adoption Advocate - 2021
Jonathan is a transracial adoptee and recent Master’s graduate in Social Work and Business Administration. He has traveled to 15 countries, served as a missionary in Thailand for 6 years and is fluent in Thai. Travel, peoples, cultures, languages, food and adoption are passions of his. Jonathan and his wife currently reside in Houston, Texas. Jonathan loves sharing his adoption experience and is passionate about walking alongside families who feel called to adopt. Jonathan’s Story

Katie Fenska
Sr. Adoption Consultant - 2013
Katie and her husband, Josh, are the grateful parents of five children, two of which came home through the gift of adoption, with the assistance of Christian Adoption Consultants. Katie has a B.A. in Elementary Education and over 6 years professional adoption experience with CAC. She loves God’s relentless heart for adoption has a passion to educate and encourage families as they work through their fears and questions regarding their own personal adoption. Katie’s Story

MacKenzie Mygatt
Adoption Consultant - 2021
MacKenzie holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing, & after 10 years of nursing decided to work with CAC to help others walk through the unknowns of adoption. MacKenzie has been a part of the adoption world for over 5 years, adopting her son through CAC in 2017. Through her personal & professional experiences, she is passionate about seeing the Lord bring families together through ethical practices. MacKenzie’s Story

Dawn & Jason Wright

Dawn & Jason are Certified Parent Trainers with TCU Institute of Child Development with over 17 years combined experience including agency experience. Dawn holds a bachelor’s degree from Simpson University and Jason’s Diploma is from Croydon College in England. They have a depth of personal adoption experience having 9 adopted kids (through domestic, international, special needs, transracial & foster/state adoptions). They are also former CAC clients. Jonnilyn Spinks
Sr. Adoption Consultant - 2017
Jonnilyn has over 6 years agency experience including all aspects of birth/adoptive family case management. She has a strong passion for adoption, as she is an adoptee herself so she has a very unique perspective. Jonnilyn has had the joy of making a very personal part of her life a profession. Kelly holds a Master’s degree in Counseling & previously worked as a counselor, interned at a pregnancy center & has over 10 years of ministry experience. She also serves as the Social Media & Marketing Manager for CAC. Kelly is passionate about speaking & writing on faith, adoption & infertility. Meg Weston

Meg holds a Bachelor’s of Social Work from Olivet Nazarene University with over 8 years adoption experience including over 4 years agency experience. Meg and her husband Tim are proud parents of 3 children. Adoption has been close to her heart since fostering and adopting her oldest son and 5 years later adopting her daughter. Danielle & her husband Zach have six beautiful children, their youngest two adopted through the help and expertise of CAC. Danielle holds a bachelor’s degree from Thomas More University & is active in ministry roles in her church as well as her growing family. She has a passion for the gospel & loves sharing God’s heart for adoption. Libby Hostetler
Profile Designer - 2016
Libby is a Graphic Designer and Photographer. She and her husband, Eddy, have three children. Their youngest son joined their family through domestic adoption with Christian Adoption Consultants back in 2015. She loves having the opportunity to help other families in their adoption journey and prays for each family and child as she works on their profiles. Libby believes God calls families to adoption and works every detail to place each child in the family He created specifically them for. Libby’s Story

Macey is a graphic designer who is thrilled to be using her passion for the arts to come alongside parents in their adoption journey. Ministry has always been on her heart, & she began on that path as she completed her degree in Biblical & Theological Studies at Boyce College. Macey & her husband live just outside of Chicago & are thankful parents to their daughter who joined their family in 2021. Candice Wilberg

Candice is a full-time mother of two children; son Liam and daughter Olivia who joined their family through the precious gift of adoption. She is honored to come alongside Katie Fenska as she helps grow families through adoption. Candice has always had a heart for children and encouraging women in their walk with the Lord, especially when it comes to those struggling with anxiety. Jaclyn Miller

Jaclyn is the president & founder of MARKED a non-profit organization providing orphan & community care. She has worked & volunteered in respite centers for foster children partnering with child protective services. Jaclyn along with her husband, Micheal, live in California with their daughter who was added to their family through adoption via CAC. Erika Battern
Care Team Coordinator - 2021
Erika has a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Northern Iowa and over 10 years experience as an Executive Assistant and Coordinator. She and her husband, Josh, reside in Iowa with their two children, both of whom joined their family through adoption with the assistance of Christian Adoption Consultants. Erika loves to share her passion for adoption with other families and she uses her strong administrative skill set to coordinate the CAC Care team as well as support the entire CAC staff. Samantha Pryor

Samantha has a Master’s degree from University at Albany. She resides in Northern Virginia with her husband, Michael, their sweet daughter & pup. Adoption had always been placed on their hearts, however infertility made God’s plan for their lives even more prevalent. Samantha & Michael worked with CAC to bring home their daughter through the blessing of adoption. Alli holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Studies from Baylor University & has worked in non-profit and local church ministry for the past 10 years. As former CAC clients, Alli & husband, Jonathan, have experienced the blessing of an open adoption & the love God has for not only the littles but their birth mammas too! Amy holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing and has been a professional photographer for 15 years. She has two daughters, one who was adopted through CAC in 2018. Adoption has a special place in her heart as her husband was adopted as well as three other family members. She has a passion for supporting the mission of adoption and CAC. Ann Noblitt
Adoption Consultant - 2021
Ann and her husband Matt live in GA with their two daughters, the older who was brought to them through the incredible gift of adoption. Ann has a B.A. from Clemson University and has worked in various forms of ministry for the last 10 years. After working with CAC throughout her family’s adoption journey, she knows this is the place she wants to use her passions and gifts to witness the Lord form forever families through adoption.
