Fallon Palacios

Fallon and her husband, Mingo, live in sunny California and they have 2 children, the youngest who was added to their family by the gift of adoption through CAC. She has traveled to over 16 countries where the heart for adoption started walking through orphanages in Africa. Fallon has over 12 years ministry experience and she has 2 bachelor’s degrees in Biblical Studies and Communication. Rebekah is a Licensed Master Social Worker. She has worked with birth parents and adoptive families for many years in multiple states. She lives in Tuscaloosa, AL with her husband and three children. Jonnilyn has over 6 years agency experience including all aspects of birth/adoptive family case management. Leah is a birth mother of 19+ years & a mother of 5 that she parents with her husband. She has been writing, speaking, & serving the adoption community since 2004. Sharing vulnerably about the beauty & aches as a birth mother, she aims to inspire hope & show how open adoption can be done well. Jonathan is a transracial adoptee and Master’s graduate in Social Work and Business Administration. He has traveled to fifteen countries, served as a missionary in Thailand for six years, and is fluent in Thai. Travel, peoples, cultures, food, and adoption are passions of his. Jonathan, his wife, and two kids currently reside in Houston, Texas. Jonathan loves sharing his adoption experience and is passionate about walking alongside families who feel called to adopt. Kelly holds a Master’s degree in Counseling & previously worked as a counselor, interned at a pregnancy center & has over 10 years of ministry experience. MacKenzie is a Registered Nurse and holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing. Erika has a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Northern Iowa and over 10 years experience as an Executive Assistant and Coordinator. Kat is a Certified Embryo Adoption Specialist. She and her husband, Ray, reside in Illinois and welcomed their sweet baby boy into their family in 2022. Their son came to them through the amazing gift of embryo adoption after years of infertility.
