Consulting Director - 2012
Susan is a Licensed Social Worker in multiple states and holds a Bachelor’s Degree of Social Work. She has been working with birth and adoptive families for over 20 years. She is also a Certified Lactation Counselor and counsels adoptive mothers desiring to breastfeed. She lives in Kansas City with her husband and 2 kids. In addition to her professional experience, Susan has a passion for equipping, training, and supporting families on their journey towards adoption. Susan’s Story
Fallon Palacios
Consulting Team Leader - 2018
Fallon and her husband live in sunny California and have three children. Their middle child was added to their family through the gift of adoption through CAC. As an adoptive parent, she is passionate about helping support and guide other hopeful adoptive couples through each step of the adoption journey that she walked firsthand. Rebekah McGee, LMSW

Rebekah is a Licensed Master Social Worker. She has worked with birth parents and adoptive families for many years in multiple states. She lives in Tuscaloosa, AL with her husband and three children. Their oldest child was adopted through international adoption in 2012. Rebekah is passionate about praying for and supporting families throughout their adoption journey so they are equipped to understand adoption identity, transracial adoption and attachment for the years ahead. Jonnilyn is an adoptee who grew up with a very positive adoption experience. She has over 10 years of professional experience in adoption which includes working in an agency setting providing birth family care & case management, supporting adoptive families throughout their journey, & educating families from an adoptee perspective. She, her husband, & two children live in Florida and together, they serve as the Associate Pastors of their church. Liz Mannchen

Liz and her husband Uli are the founders of Lionhood, a nonprofit empowering at-risk children worldwide and the heroes who serve them. She has spoken at churches, conferences, and international events in over 15 nations including China, Croatia, Czech Republic, Chad, Cameroon, England, France, Germany, Hungary, India, Latvia, Netherlands, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and across the USA. Liz is also the adoptive mother of two daughters from China and India and carries a deep passion to see the 150 million orphans across the globe find families. Liz’s Story

Jonathan is a transracial adoptee and Master’s graduate in Social Work and Business Administration. He has traveled to fifteen countries, served as a missionary in Thailand for six years, and is fluent in Thai. Travel, peoples, cultures, food, and adoption are passions of his. Jonathan, his wife, and two kids currently reside in Houston, Texas. Jonathan loves sharing his adoption experience and is passionate about walking alongside families who feel called to adopt. Kelly holds a Master’s degree in Counseling & has nearly 10 years of experience guiding families through the adoption process. She brings together her counseling background, professional experience, & personal perspective as an adoptive mother to support families with compassion, wisdom, & honesty. As a cancer survivor, Kelly knew from an early age that infertility & adoption might become part of her story. In 2016, she and her husband joyfully welcomed their twins through adoption with the support of CAC. Samantha and her husband Michael reside in Northern Virginia with their two sweet daughters and pup. Adoption had always been placed on their hearts, however carrying the cross of infertility made God’s plan for their lives even more prevalent. Samantha and Michael worked with CAC to bring both of their daughters home through the blessing of adoption. Erika has a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Northern Iowa and over 10 years experience as an Executive Assistant and Coordinator. She and her husband, Josh, reside in Iowa with their two children, both of whom joined their family through adoption with the assistance of Christian Adoption Consultants. Erika loves to share her passion for adoption with other families and she uses her strong administrative skill set to coordinate the CAC Care Team as well as support the entire CAC staff. Kat is a Certified Embryo Adoption Specialist. She and her husband, Ray, reside in Illinois and welcomed their sweet baby boy into their family in 2022. Their son came to them through the amazing gift of embryo adoption after years of infertility. Kat’s journey to parenthood created a passion in her to spread the word and advocate for embryo adoption. Ronald & Addisyn Lopez are adoptive parents & serve as directors at Village of Hope Guatemala. Over the years they have served children & teenagers by sharing Jesus and providing shelter, education, & medical care.
