We’ve found that the best staff members are not always located in one place. As a part of our commitment to finding the best consultants and support staff we can, we’ve gathered staffers from across the nation.Laptops and cell phones buzz, ring and ding constantly.
The distance approach works well for us – but?occasionally we need some face time! Recently, a segment of our team gathered in Kansas City for two days of face to face meetings. We’ll be rolling out some exciting new things in coming weeks, but here are a few things we were reminded of coming out of these meetings.
Working with friends is awesome. We worked hard – and laughed hard – in these long sessions. Our only regrets were that we only had two days and that the rest of the team was not able to join us.
We’re all serious about adoption. When the work was done, we found ourselves sitting around discussing our own adoption processes, giving one another encouragement and sharing perspectives.
The team has depth.Scratch the surface and you’ll find social work degrees. Experienced adoptive parents. Adoptees. Birth moms. No one stumbles into this work. The Lord has prepared this team for years.
If you’re looking for someone to help guide you through the adoption process, we can confidently say that we’ve assembled a group of people qualified and passionate to do so.
If you feel that the timing for adoption might be right for you, contact us atinfo@ChristianAdoptionConsultants.com?or call 1.888.833.1114.? We’d love to serve as your consultants through the process of bringing your child home.
