Domestic Adoption Openness Training
Christian Adoption Consultants (CAC) offers adoption training and is committed to guiding families through the best practices in adoption.
Many hopeful adoptive families can become overwhelmed when they are exploring the concept of open adoption. The idea of “Closed,” “Flexible,” “Semi-Open,” or “Open” can have different definitions for different families and agencies, and it is important to understand the variables in open relationships and the understanding of the research and stories behind different options. Whether you are just beginning your understanding of adoption, or you are already home with a child through adoption, we believe this course has valuable insight.
This course, taught by our team of licensed social workers and a birth parent with 20+ years of open adoption relationship, can offer life-changing tools. This training is an investment into your future whether you anticipate more or less openness in your adoption plan. Families can utilize this training for your required open adoption training for certain agencies, or purchase this training and reference it as needed as you continue in the adoption process.
