Jeremy and my hubs met at a church planting gathering a while back. Of corse adoption came up and a few months later after really hard loss they called saying they were ready to adopt domestically. It was a few months of talking back and forth, as they were so faithful to fully grieving their loss. I was so grateful to see how much they loved God through it and trusted their tears and grief to Him. Nicole called me one day and we got everything underway in a matter of a day.LITERALLY the day after they signed on with CAC they got a call. A complete out of the blue call. It was an OB they knew who had just delivered a sweet baby and they were looking for his forever momma and daddy!Multiple calls back and forth.Me talking through all of the ins and outs of a situation like this.Finding an attorney ASAP. By end of day they were moving forward. Things went from bleak grief to whirlwind arms being filled with a baby. It was amazing to see!
