Our founder, Amy Young, started Christian Adoption Consultants (CAC) in 2006. She’s assembled an ethical and experienced team of social workers and adoption professionals to walk hopeful adoptive families through the process of adoption while providing personalized support. Transparency Promise
Did you know we openly share our recommended licensed agencies and attorneys with our CAC clients and they apply directly with them? Yes, CAC provides you with direct access to our recommended agencies and attorneys. We are a trusted advisor, not a middleman making referral fees or kickbacks. CAC NEVER accepts referral fees or kickback fees from agencies or attorneys. It’s a promise! We are 100% funded by our consultant fees that are disclosed up-front and paid by hopeful adoptive parents. We never recommend agencies charging excessive fees (outside the normal range for US domestic adoptions). You should always beware of consulting groups or agencies that advise you adoption agencies’ fees are in the 75-90K+ range.
Personalized Support
CAC also sets client limits so we can offer one-on-one, personalized support to each and every client. Also, the CAC Consultant you speak with when you start will support you during your entire time with CAC in order to offer continuity of care. We have the largest support team of any other adoption consultant in the US. In addition to our adoption consultants, we have more than 20 support team members who provide administrative support and agency/attorney outreach.
